About the event

On May 6, at the European University of Rome, we will take part in the event “AI: impatti su lavoro, decisioni e servizi” to explore one of the defining questions of our time: how artificial intelligence is transforming not only what we do, but also how we think, make decisions, and deliver services.

Across public institutions and private organizations alike, AI is reshaping workflows, responsibilities, and expectations.

As its influence grows, understanding both its potential and its implications becomes increasingly important.

These themes are at the heart of our book, Automating Government: How AI Will Revolutionise Public Services, which examines how AI is redefining public service delivery and governance, while highlighting the opportunities, challenges, and choices that lie ahead.
