Professor Jeremy N. White has over forty years of experience in technology and venture capital financing in Europe and the United States and has been involved in over fifty acquisitions while raising more than £100 million in development capital for his companies. Professor White founded one of the first e-commerce companies in the United Kingdom. He took the company public on the London Stock Exchange in 2000 with a market capitalisation of £250 million. He has served on the boards of a number of quoted and private companies in addition to numerous government committees. He was Deputy Chairman of the HRH Prince’s Business Trust, and he is a member of the board of the Pepperdine University in California. White has an MBA from Bayes Business School and an MA in Psychology from Pepperdine University. He is currently an Honorary Visiting Professor at Bayes Business School in London, where he teaches behavioural corporate strategy to postgraduate students as well as serving on the global advisory board.

Massimiliano Filippi is a governance and management professional with over a decade of experience in the insurance and financial services sectors across Italy, Europe and the United States. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at prestigious consultancy firms, specialising in process optimisation, regulatory compliance and internal control.
He is currently part of Italy’s leading insurance group, managing cross-functional innovation initiatives and regulatory-driven projects to enhance governance and drive business development.
Mr. Filippi earned an Executive MBA from Bayes Business School in London, a Master’s Degree in Economics and Law and an Undergraduate Degree in Economics and Corporate Management from the European University of Rome. He is Chartered Public Accountant and Legal Auditor in Italy.
